Curiosity about dinosaurs

The title of this lapbook is “some curiosities about dinosaurs” (algunes curiositats sobre els dinosaures in catalan). It was one of the jobs we did during homeschooling two years ago. No one told us to make a lapbook. We had to make an oral presentation and record it on video. So, we decided to do it with dinosaur theme and to make this lapbook.

We took advantage of a dinosaur drawing that our kid did for a OLogy Challenge (but we couldn’t be accepted) to make a pop up. In this work, there are three parts of pop up. We learned a lot how to make pop up with a book “Pop-up design and paper mechanics” by Duncan Birmingham. His pop up youtube channel is also useful, but it’s hard for us to understand the detail that he demonstrates because although we want to see EVERYTHING he does on paper, the camera doesn’t capture details (it makes us see the author’s face speaking).
